Honors Journalism

Grades: 9, 10, 11, 12

Length: One year

Honors Journalism introduces students to the basic elements of journalism, including writing, interviewing, First Amendment rights and responsibilities, layout and design and marketing. This is a prerequisite course Advanced Journalism (Tower/Pulse). Students taking this course should be interested in becoming part of the Tower or Pulse staff.
